This Product Safety & Recalls Policy explains how Woodland Carpentry, LLC (doing business as Universal Dealz) ("Company", "we", "us", and "our") we inform of our products, how we handle them in a safe manner, any recalls, and if there may contain any issues through shipping depending on the level of safety a product has, such as chemical or bio hazards when you visit our websites at http://www.universaldealz.com, ("Websites"). It explains what they are, the restrictions, and why we have them. 

What is Product Safety & Recalls?

A product safety recall is a fault or problem being found with a product by a manufacturer or consumer and being taken back to its place of origin. 

    Products that are commonly recalled are: 

• Child Safety Seats 

• Children Products

• Cosmetics

• Food 

• Medications

• Toys 

• Vehicles

Recalls generally occur when someone discovers that the item could harm or make them sick, or has already done so. 

What is the importance of it?

It concerns the safety of the consumer, hence the importance of taking back the product. An item that has been recalled may be prohibited from sale and instructed to be thrown away. The item may also need to be returned for replacement or repair if it is recalled. In order to reduce the risk associated with using the product, the seller will replace the defective part. 

What to do if your product has been recalled?

Ensure the company that created the item hasn't recalled it before you buy it, especially if it's for a child. There are a number of official websites that provide updated information about recalls, such as the ones below.  

Should we be held responsible for any injuries or issues?

No, we aren't the manufacturer or brand, we're just a seller. Buying the products and reselling them is our business. Tests are not part of our responsibilities, so we don't conduct them. Ideally, the brand should not have sold the products if they had issues to begin with. Thus, Woodland Carpentry (doing business as Universal Dealz) should not be held liable, since we are also buyers. The resellers' responsibility is to sell products that make them a profit, not to test them. Manufacturers and brands are responsible for the evaluation of the product's safety. 

What may happen?

• While we work to ensure product information is correct, and make our description about said product as accurate as possible, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredient lists, the claims associated with their products, or other product information.

• Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our website. For these reasons you should not rely on the information presented, but should always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. WOODLAND CARPENTRY ( doing business as UNIVERSAL DEALZ) MAKES NO WARRANTIES AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY TO ANY CUSTOMER OR USER WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION OR THE SUITABILITY OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS IN ANY MSDS. CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RELIANCE ON OR USE OF ANY INFORMATION, AND FOR USE OR APPLICATION OF ANY PRODUCT. WE ARE NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OF ANY ACCIDENTS THE PRODUCT MAY CAUSE. TAKE IT UP TO THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR BRAND IF SEVERELY INJURED. WE SELL THE PRODUCT NOT MAKE THEM.
